Hydraulic Breaker for Skid Steers with a Monoblock Design
We opted for a Monoblock breaker design. What exactly does this mean? Monoblock refers to the housing in which the piston operates. Our housing is one piece and doesn’t use any tie-rods to hold it together like the majority of other breakers on the market. Tie-rods stretch and often break causing massive destruction to the breaker. Monoblock housing avoids these common problems!
Monoblock housing is also very expensive if damaged and many breakers that use monoblock housing do not take any precautions. Repairing any damage can cost almost the same amount as a brand-new breaker! However, Blue Diamond includes sleeves inside the housing that surrounds the monoblock housing. These sleeves prevent damage and are much cheaper to replace!
Ease of Operation
The Blue Diamond Hydraulic Breaker has a simple design and is easy to use and service! While operating the breaker on the right size machine, you will not need to adjust the flow or pressure! Industry leading components control incoming and outgoing flows to specified amounts making your job easier!
Servicing is easier than ever before with no re-gassing needed. You can remove the accumulator as an entire assembly and isn’t disturbed. Additionally, the energy recovery system keeps it from needing topped up!
As an added bonus, you don’t need to have this breaker serviced by a dealer for your 2-year warranty to be honored. Unless an oil leak develops, don’t take it apart at all! Just grease it up and keep making money!
