The Blue Diamond® HDX Grapple Bucket is the next step for operators running larger skid steers and compact track loaders. Its 72-inch width is designed for machines up to 75 HP or 3,000 lb lift capacity, providing additional machine compatibility while maintaining a manageable attachment weight.

Fully welded hydraulic cylinders and upgraded cylinder and hose protection help shield critical components during demanding land-clearing and cleanup work. Dual 1/2-inch clamps and a 32-inch grapple opening provide controlled handling of logs, brush, rocks and bulky debris.

Grapple Bucket – Severe Duty

The Blue Diamond® Severe Duty Grapple Bucket is built for high-demand applications including demolition, recycling and industrial material handling. Available in 72-, 78- and 84-inch widths, it combines a 34-inch grapple opening with heavy 3/4-inch steel top tines and dual independent clamps.

Removable bolt-on sides provide additional flexibility when handling long or oversized material, while reinforced cylinder covers and protected hose routing help reduce exposure to jobsite damage. With capacities up to approximately 14 cubic feet, this is the grapple bucket for operators who need strength, capacity and durability for sustained professional use.

MATCH ATTACHMENT WEIGHT TO YOUR MACHINE

Choosing the heaviest grapple available is not always the best solution. Attachment weight uses part of the skid steer's available lifting capacity, reducing the amount of material the machine can carry.

The Heavy Duty models weigh approximately 675–700 lb, while the 72-inch HDX weighs approximately 700 lb. Severe Duty models increase to approximately 1,179–1,227 lb as construction, width and capacity increase.

Matching the grapple bucket to the carrier's horsepower, rated operating capacity and intended load helps maintain useful lifting performance while providing the durability the job requires.
