How the Satisfaction Guarantee Works

90-Day Coverage
Your Blue Diamond attachment is eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee when it is used for its intended application and operated within Blue Diamond's published specifications. Claims must be initiated within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Simple Claim Process
Contact the authorized Blue Diamond dealer where you purchased your attachment. Your dealer will coordinate directly with their Blue Diamond Key Account Manager to arrange an inspection and guide you through the review process.

Fast, Fair Review
Each Satisfaction Guarantee request is evaluated by Blue Diamond to ensure it qualifies under the program. Our goal is to provide a prompt and fair resolution for every eligible claim.

Dealer Credit
Once the attachment has been returned and inspected, Blue Diamond will issue your dealer a credit for the dealer's original purchase cost, less any applicable deductions for:

• Normal wear items requiring replacement (such as cutting edges, teeth, seals, wear plates, and similar consumable components)
• Damage or repairs identified during inspection

Your dealer will review any applicable deductions with you before the claim is finalized.

Return Shipping Options
For your convenience, Blue Diamond can arrange return freight, with shipping costs deducted from the final credit. You and your dealer may also choose to arrange prepaid return shipping independently.

Program Guidelines

To keep the Satisfaction Guarantee fair for all customers, the program does not apply to:

• Attachments used outside their intended application or published operating specifications.
• Applications that have not been recommended, documented, or advertised by Blue Diamond.
• Attachments with damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident (these situations are evaluated under the applicable Blue Diamond Warranty when appropriate).
• Products ordered in error or special-order attachments that cannot reasonably be resold by the dealer.
