Graphic Designer

The Graphic Artist designs and creates collateral materials that represents our company brand and products.  This position creates materials to be used across email, social media, print collateral, and websites.  Adobe Platforms and WordPress experience required.  The successful candidate will be willing to be adaptive to different software platforms and have a keen attention to detail.

Product Support Representative

The Product Support Representative supports the Blue Diamond TEAM in growing dealer relations by writing customer quotations & orders on demand. The primary role will be administrative in generating the quotations, & orders, updating the CRM (Salesforce), and generating related reports as necessary. Online/database research and physical examination of products and troubleshooting may also be required.

Territory Manager - Northwest

The Territory Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive sales through existing and new accounts in the territory, mainly through face to face interaction with dealer management and sales teams. The Territory Manager must be knowledgeable across the entire product line and maintain an excellent understanding of the competitive landscape. This position covers Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio and is based within the territory.

Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success Representative supports the outside sales team by generating customer quotations and orders in our CRM, Salesforce.  The role is email driven with phone support as needed to determine the correction configurations and pricing for dealer sales.  The successful candidate will have proven experience with PC platforms, accurate typing speed of 50+ wpm, and  a pleasant telephone demeanor.

Mobile Marketing Specialist

The Mobile Marketing Specialist will provide marketing support to our dealers setting up interactive digital marketing kiosks, brochure racks, signage, and displays at the dealer locations. The representative will travel within a 400-mile radius up to 80% of the time.  In addition to initial setup, the specialist will performance maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replenishment of the marketing assets that have been deployed.

Purchasing Buyer

The Purchasing Buyer oversees all inventory, supplies, and capital goods purchases for the company.  This position receives purchase requisitions and verifies accuracy and authorizations, and processes and updates Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
