Syteline/Mongoose Clouse Suite Administrator

The Syteline/Mongoose Cloud Suite Administrator position will support the company growth through maintaining and customizing all the business tools on the Syteline platform. This will include working with the IT Manager to prioritize projects and working directly with other department managers on specific projects. A successful Syteline/Mongoose Cloud Suite Administrator will build and customize reports for department heads, train staff on Syteline/Mongoose Cloud Suite report builder and other workflow interfaces, prepare and promote the switch to Lightning interface, work with Syteline Flows and other no code automation tools, maintain a good backup of configurations, optimize data usage and promote best practices throughout the platform. Responsibilities and Duties · Build and maintain platform automations using workflow rules, process builders, auto launch flows, screen flows, email alerts, email templates, etc. · Support 3rd party packages on Syteline platform, primarily Rootstock ERP and Financials, Geopointe, Zenkraft. · Manage Syteline security including roles, profiles, groups and permission sets. · Build and maintain custom report types, reports and dashboards. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Syteline reported by users. · Develop training documentation for different departments in Sharepoint. · Evaluate and when appropriate implement new releases of Syteline and other installed packages; provide related training and support to users. · Coordinate with each department on Lightning transition; build Lightning apps as appropriate. · Build and maintain Syteline Mobile apps as appropriate. · Perform bulk data exports / imports for various departments as needed. · Perform other related duties as assigned by IT Manager.

Warehouse Receiving & Assembly Supervisor

The Receiving Supervisor & Assembly Supervisor is to receive and process all inbound shipments, inspecting for acceptable quality of all materials received. The Receiving Supervisor & Assembly Supervisor will also provide general direction for others in the departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Ensure that all incoming shipments are unloaded, unpacked, examined, and put away daily. • Report all qualify non-conformance to Warehouse Manager. • Ensure all small packages are received and delivered daily. • Ensure labels, serial plates, and owner manuals (where required) are installed on each item received. • Ensure all RMA’s are received and processed daily. • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. • Work and plan to increase efficiency and workflow in receiving. • Must obtain and maintain forklift certification. • All other duties as assigned.

Marketing Director

We have an immediate opening for a full-time experienced marketing and strategic brand development leader to help facilitate sales growth and strengthen brand awareness. A focus on brand awareness, content management, oversight of social media channels, messaging relative to new product launches, and promotion of existing products are the key responsibilities in this role. Experience in selling through distributorships and the training and education of our extended sales force within our dealers is of prime interest. Product Support Analyst

Blue Diamond Attachments, a Knoxville company and national leader in the skid steer attachment market is looking for a Product Support Analyst. The Product Sourcing Analyst’s primary responsibility is to research available suppliers in the attachments industry, diversifying the supply chain and developing contingency plans to address long lead times and ensure product availability for core products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Work with Product Development to conduct market research and identify alternate supplies. • Develop contingency plans to minimize the risk of stock outs, reduce lead times and ensure adequate product availability to meet customer forecasted demand and market growth. • Conduct market research through the use of the internet and traveling (up to 50% including overnight travel) to on-site prospective vendors to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of their production processes, open capacity, operational qualifications (ISO status), quality, and lead times. • Travel will include Trade Shows, to effectively learn about the attachments industry, new applications, new technology and opportunities to develop new relationships which will improve our market share. • Visits current vendors 1-3 times a year, to learn of new developments and operational capabilities. • Identify new vendors, develop KPI’s (consisting of quality, on-time delivery, etc.), and work with engineers to ensure technical details (engineer design drawings) are understood in initial quoting and vendor assessment. • Work with management to address ad hoc requests for market research. • Actively engage in product development daily processes, helping to facilitate a balanced workload. • All other duties as assigned.
