Blue Diamond Attachments stands behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an attachment, part or accessory, the first step is to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

All warranty claims should be started with a Warranty Claim.  Link for warranty claim.

Before You Return a Product

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped.

To request an RMA:

  • Complete our RMA Request Form.
  • Provide your proof of purchase or receipt and reason for return.
  • Your request will be reviewed and if approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions by email or a reason for disapproval.

Please do not ship any product without an approved RMA number.

Before You Return a Product

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped.

To request an RMA:

  • Complete our RMA Request Form.
  • Provide your proof of purchase or receipt.
  • Once approved, you will receive your RMA number and return instructions by email.

Standard Returns

Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in new, resalable condition
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Have an approved RMA number

Returns received after 30 days are generally not eligible for refund or exchange.

Warranty Returns

If your product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, Blue Diamond will work with your authorized dealer to provide a replacement or repair.

If a replacement part is required:

  • Contact the dealer where you purchased your attachment.
  • The dealer will submit the warranty claim to Blue Diamond.
  • If approved, replacement parts will be shipped and return instructions will be provided.
  • Certain warranty parts must be returned before warranty credit is finalized.

Do not disassemble hydraulic motors, cylinders, or other hydraulic components before returning them, as this may void your warranty.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase.

If your Blue Diamond attachment does not perform as advertised when used within its intended application, you may qualify for our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify:

  • Contact the dealer where you purchased the attachment within 90 days of purchase.
  • The attachment must have been used for its intended purpose and according to Blue Diamond's published recommendations.
  • Blue Diamond will inspect the returned attachment before issuing credit.

Normal wear items and any damage found during inspection may reduce the final credit amount.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund or dealer credit will be processed within approximately 10 business days after inspection. Depending on your payment method, additional processing time by your financial institution may apply.

If you have not received your refund after allowing sufficient processing time:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.
  2. Contact your dealer.
  3. If you still need assistance, contact Blue Diamond Customer Support.

Non-Warranty Returns

If a return is requested because the wrong item was ordered or the product is no longer needed:

  • A minimum 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Additional deductions may apply if the returned product is not in new, resalable condition.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used products (except approved warranty returns)
  • Discontinued parts
  • Opened or installed seal kits
  • Used rubber tracks
  • Lubricants and fluids
  • Products purchased from sources other than an authorized Blue Diamond dealer
  • Sale or clearance items
