Snow Pusher (rolled versus bent)

Many manufactures of snow or dirt blades form their blades by “break bending” instead of rolling the material in the moldboard. This creates friction as the material rolls up the blade and in turn creates what we call “dead load”. At Blue Diamond we roll our snow pusher to a specific curve to keep the snow “alive” which in turn creates far less back drag. The end result of this feature is that less fuel is consumed, traction becomes less of an issue and more snow can be moved with less effort.
